One address, two answers
Replacing a sink trap cannot justify two hours on the road. For these short jobs, online booking is limited to the local area: rather than let you book a slot we could not keep, the site suggests that you write to us.
Longer jobs, on the other hand, can be booked across all four cantons, with travel charged per kilometre. That is why the final answer only comes once you have chosen the service: the same address can be covered for leak detection and outside the area for a sink trap.

Outside the area, or only just
An unfavourable answer is not a refusal. Describe your situation to us: we reply case by case and tell you what is still possible at your home.
In the area? Your plumber can be booked in a few minutes.
A fixed price stated in advance, travel included in the total, a real slot, online payment.
