Nothing is committed until you have seen the total price. You book yourself, in a few minutes, and your appointment is confirmed as soon as you pay.

The booking steps

  1. Your need

    You start from what you can see. The fixed price appears straight away.

  2. Your address

    Checked against the federal register. The journey determines the slots and the travel charge.

  3. The full price

    Service and travel: the total appears before you give your details.

  4. The time slot

    From 1 hour when no part needs ordering, real times, fitted to the technician's round.

  5. The payment

    Online, and the appointment is confirmed straight away by email. Your slot is held for 20 min.

A fixed price, and everything it includes

The price shown is the price you pay. The total appears before you give your details, and nothing is added after payment.

  • Travel

    Up to 40 km by road, the journey there and back is included. Beyond that, CHF 1.30 per kilometre, calculated for your exact address.

  • The time set aside

    The stated time is blocked in the diary, plus travel. No next appointment rushes the technician.

  • Tools and materials

    Tools and consumables are included. For a part, you choose: you supply it, or we supply it at the price given before fitting. A pump is priced on proposal, before any payment.

Something unexpected? It all goes through your link.

The confirmation contains a link that belongs to you alone. It opens your appointment page, so you can reschedule or cancel it yourself.

    It comes with the confirmation and opens your appointment: no account, no password.

  • One reschedule

    Up to 24 hours before, to another real slot, with the same technician, in the same time band.

  • On the day

    The technician calls you on arrival and waits 5 minutes. Running late or unable to make it? Let us know at least 1 h before.

  • Cancellation

    Up to 24 hours before. The amount is refunded to the payment method used.
